'Chris Packham is frustrated by the fact that no UK TV company or channel will either make or broadcast what goes on in Malta each spring (and autumn) as thousands of migrants get blasted out of the skies. So he’s funding his own initiative and has taken his own camera crew out there.

Good for him! It's high time this horrendous business was completely halted.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
It is unbelievable that guns not cameras are still used in Malta during the Spring run of so many of our rare birds. I cannot understand why no UK TV company will take up the broadcasting of this and thank Chris Packham for bringing it to our attention.
