Autumn Magic at Baron's Haugh

It's looking lovely just now at the Haugh, the autumn colours are really starting to come into their own! If you would like to explore the woods at this magic time of year we've got a couple of exciting events coming up. On Tuesday 15 October from 2-4pm, why not take part in "Little Rotters"? Its not about cheeky kids, but infact about all the wonderful rotting and breaking down that goes on in autumn. Ever wondered where all those leaves and dead branches end up? Come along and find out what fascinating living things are involved!

Then on Saturday 19 October, we will be celebrating the sights of the season with an "Autumn Colours" event, again from 2-4pm. It'll be a fun seasonal walk for all ages, looking at what changes are taking place and how wildlife is getting ready for winter.

Spaces for both events are limited, so please get in touch on 07872 814911, or email baronshaugh@rspb.org.uk, if you would like to come along. All ages are welcome, although under 16s should be accompanied by an adult.

Hope that you can make it!
