Hello, I look at the nest cam through the the winter and find that blue tits tend to roost in the box on windy nights, not particularly on cold nights.
Hi Massmbula, that’s an interesting observation nest boxes are great for sheltering from strong winds especially if facing in the right direction to avoid them.
