Made a small pond in July and within a few weeks 3 frogs had arrived. Pond skaters, boatmen, leeches and back swimmers too. Saw mating damsel flies and egg laying in the shallows. Before the summer ended there was an abundance of nymphs. Love our pond. Can't wait for spring.
