Unknown bird

Hi, this is my first post on the community site.  Can anyone identify this bird for me.  It was sitting on the roof of a nearby house a little while ago.  We have quite a few buzzards in the area and I thought that that was what it was, but the colour does not seem right to me.  Would appreciate some help.  Thanks

    Jamabr24, thanks for the identification and the photo link.  I am in Warrington about 500yds away from the Woolston Eyes Bird Reserve.  There is a falconry about 5 miles away (as the crow flies!) but looking at their website they don't list a Harris Hawk.
