To all forum users,
Best wishes for Christmas and the new year from all of us here at the RSPB.
Thank you all for your varied and interesting contributions to our new communities site, the first year has been a bit of a rollercoaster but i hope you all agree that it is now going from strength to strength. Lets hope the new year will bring even more enjoyment from the natural world which we can share here!
We will try to keep the site updated over the festive season but our access to the site may be sporadic, please bear with us. Normal service will be resumed in the new year.
Thanks again

Thank you Ian, and a very merry Christmas to all of you. Thank you also to the whole RSPB team for all your efforts and helpful advice. All good wishes for 2010.
The necessity of bird-watching is a really good reason for avoiding all forms of housework.
The dust will still be there tomorrow - the birds may not be!
