Hi all, don't know about you but the one place I love to be near is the sea, the one place I can sit for hours just watching it, the one place I feel at piece with myself and contemplate life itself.
I am no Photographer but here are a few I have taken quiet recently. Feel free to put your sea pictures on here.
I thank you ;-)
You can almost smell it.

WOW! Aiki, your shots are just SUPER FANTABULOUS!!!!
I could sit for hours (and have) just watching the waves roll over and break in that marvelous way that you have captured so perfectly. Especially in that lovely sea green color that is hinted at In your third picture, which I particularly love. Thanks for sharing your wonderful talent with us.

Thanks Willow - yes they were all taken in the Caribbean.
Glad you liked the Aberdeen Harbour photo, I think it did well in a competition. There certainly has been amazing seas this winter.

Aiki - Your photos from Cornwall were spectacular, they certainly captured the Sea in all its glory, must have been great to stand and watch it crashing in like this.
Thanks for the comments folks :) There are various rocky outcrops offshore at Sennen which were making the incoming waves do some crazy things!
Brilliant set of photos Aiki, really shows the power of the sea with those rolling breakers

I managed to get a quick view of the sea from Felixstowe Ferry yesterday - here are two gulls enjoying the view:
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
