Hello, looking for some advice if anyone can help. We have a pigeon that has made a home in our workshop, it has been here for about a month now. It has a red tag on it's leg so we are thinking someone may be looking for it. We managed to get hold of it and read the tag which has the following number 078212433 42
Unfortunately the pigeon managed to get away again before we could take it anywhere so trying to find out if I can trace the owner from the number we managed to get? Thanks in advance!
