I'm posting this again in the hope that I find some other general blogs on the chat. Anyone else write regularly?
I'm Volunteer Shaun and I write a weekly blog for the RSPB Dearne Valley sites (you might know our main reserve as Old Moor in South Yorkshire). It can be found at this link:

I know that several other reserves have their own regular official blogs, even if it's just an online version of a sightings board. Is there anywhere that we could collect these together, advertise each other's posts, share best practice etc? If not, please feel free to list your own blog as a comment under this.

The Forum Homepage has a Top Blogs section (on the right) and a Latest Blogs section (at the bottom) which at least collects blogs together. Admittedly it doesn't fulfil your best practice criteria, though this thread could perhaps become that. You could even add a link in your personal footer to it (like I have with the Getting off Auto photography stuff) so it's easier to track down

Sorry Joe, I went to the 'edit profile' page but couldn't find anything about changing my signature. Am I looking in the wrong place?
To add a signature that appears at the foot of each of your posts, I think you have to click on your profile avatar (top right) and it should show a menu with Profile, Setting, Sign Out - click Settings then scroll down the Settings page to 'Signature'. It's not very intuitive is it?! I also expected it would be in the edit profile section!P.S. Enjoyed the blog and good to see more blog posts
Yep, Adam's spot on - I added a reply explaining the Biography update, started to update it adding the email sig, then realised Adam had just replied, so saved me the job
