This was recorded at the Wildfowl Trusts Washington Wetland today and was broadcast on the BBC 1 local TV news and this short 2 shown film report was shown on Look North for North East England this evening with an interview with the reserve manager John Gowling of which all the regular birdwatchers at Washington Wetlands including me no John very well and is well. liked I did talk to John around 1.00pm today. The recording of this film took place earlier today before the opening time at Washington Wetlands.
