The Autumn of 2018 and right through the winter 2019 everyone saw this water rail on numerous occasions during the period of 2018-2019 autumn-winter period. This photo was taken with my iPhone before I bought my camera. But this Water Rail was always just a few feet in front of one of the hides overlooking Wader Lake at WWT Washington Wetlands.
