The Met Office were hopeful that the p resent severe weather would improve by Saturday, tomorrow. But the latest update from the Met is sadly not such good news.
Detaild below!
Sadly wendy another, male whose vehicle was hit by a falling tree, and a search is on for a third, reported swept away. My goodness that part of the coast has been hit, just seen footage. We had rain and winds, worse than normal but not as high as we have had, bad enough though. Still wet and windy for today and tomorrow, but our normal! Hope everyone is okay.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

The link above was an extended Met Office online broadcast every week called deep dive. This 20 minute broadcast from Tuesday of this week gave a detailed look and why and how this very extreme weather was going to happen as it has since yesterday. And the unusual factors and reasons which started way out beyond the Atlantic Ocean as well as what was happening over Scandinavia that caused this. At the time of this online broadcast it was only going to be an Amber warning. But after watching this 20 minute online broadcast I thought there was a possibility that a red weather warning might happen as sadly it has.
