Photo’s from Washington Wetlands plus a few from Saltholme and Bempton Cliffs

Mostly from Washington Wetlands. Great White Egrets Attempted Breeding/Nesting at Saltholme in 2023. Marsh Harriers that also nest/breed at Saltholme kept disturbing the Great White Egrets s so sadly failed. A bonus yesterday Thursday at Saltholme from the Haverton Hill Viewpoint saw one of the pairs nesting att Saltholme flying across the Haverton Hill viewpoint at Saltholme f Also a few photo’s I took a Bempton Cliffs in June of this year when I travelled by train to Bempton Cliffs for r one day only

Above at Washington Wetlands winter photo’s on crisp sunny day and very cold with snow and I was wearing 6 thick layers and wellingtons but out all day from 10.00am-4.00pm and before I left Washington Wetlands at the visitor centre I had some very nice hot soup and of course a pot of tea. Local bus services where running as normal and no problems returning home..
