The closest I can find is a long tailed tit, we have lots on our bird feeder but it doesn't quite look the same.

Long Tailed tit as you say..think its just the angle that makes it look odd...could also just be going throught it's yearly molt when you took the photo ;-)

Or could be a youngster going through its 1st molt as am sure they do this soon after they leave the nest am sure I read that somewhere ;-)
