Thought I'd put a few photos up of habitat instead of birds or wildlife as without suitable habitat there would be no birds/wildlife !
We've only been venturing out on to our local parkland and within an hours drive away; here's a few pics of England's green and pleasant land ! All taken on iPhone.
This was Peak District heading towards Hartington Village
heading out of Hartington towards River Dove
River Dove
This is farmland by Alderley Park in Cheshire
and this is the parkland area with lots of trees and lots of ferns and Rhododendrons. Bluebells were still in flower here .....
one of several ponds on the parkland
and this is Woolston Eyes nature reserve near Warrington where there is a huge expanse of reed beds attracting all sorts of birds including breeding Black-necked Grebes
This morning we took a short drive to the area of Marple and Brabyns Park where we walked a section of the River Goyt and then headed towards the Peak Forest Canal and junction of Macclesfield Canal
1st a nice water drop area on River Goyt
and lock area on the Peak Forest Canal
Please feel to add your scenic shots here if you wish (no birds or wildlife ! ) just habitat, countryside, or even coast etc.....

I forgot this view from the reserve, down the Conwy Valley, to the two peaks on the horizon, Moel Eilio (L) and Pen Llithrig y Wrach (R)
I used to find this view a tease post accident, but now I actually love it, and harbour great memories of the days (and nights) atop there, and the commanding views they gave. On a decent day I could make out all the places I know around and about, on all compass points, including the reserve, Llandudno Pier, Conwy Castle and much much more, and I feel honoured and privileged to have made those journeys.
