We spent a few days on the north Norfolk coast at then end of Oct to celebrate Mrs T's birthday. A very mixed bag of weather with bright blue skies to torrential rain & everything in-between except snow.
We had some great sightings of all the usual suspects expected along the coast but thought for a change would focus on some landscapes and big skies. Birdies will make an appearance on another post.

Hi PB thanks again, I've responded by PM. Is there a best time for visiting? I assume your asking about N Norfolk coast, it all depends, if for birding then best times are around now through to Mar/Apr for all the winter migrants, geese, waders, migrant LBG's etc and big roosts of Marsh Harriers at RSPB Titchwell. There are always birds about all year but numbers vary along with variety. I prefer this time of year or Jan/Feb.
There are birding places all along the coast from Holme through to Cromer, including Holme Dunes (NWT), Thornham Marshes, Titchwell, Holkham beach area & fresh marsh, Wells Next Sea harbour, Cley Marshes (NWT). Lots of good pubs to stay in but because its so popular rates are not under £100/nt unless inland.
