I'm starting a new thread as the old one is playing up. Here's a snap of the sea from Felixstowe Ferry to start it off:
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Amazing captures TBM, well worth you getting soaked for our pleasure!! Lol
Very much appreciated!

This morning about 10:30 m Eastern Standard Time I visited the Outer Banks, North Carolina, USA via live cam. http://www.surfchex.com/hatteras-web-cam.php
It was sunny there up and down the coast with lively wave action. The temperature was 58F degrees, water temp 62 F with winds at 5MPH. Lucky beach strollers were out enjoying the ocean beauty.
I didn't choose any close-up wave action this morning. I wanted to get the wide open expanse of the great Atlantic Ocean as it stretches before us, unbroken by rocks or islands or anything. But that is quite a wave that is breaking toward the left side.
Some pictures follow in the next posts.

A lovely view of the Atlantic Ocean from behind the sand dunes at Hatteras, North Carolina, USA (the Outer Banks)
Looks great June, the water temp is a bit warmer than here, plus blue skies and warm breezes, summer looks a long way away :-(
