Ta dah !!
I can't believe how beautiful they've turned out and the BEES love them !!! There's a real buzz about the place for sure ! :)
After seeing how easily they grow, I'm going to buy more and create a border for them. There are still lots of buds and it's quite exciting not knowing what they are until the buds open. Hubs is as enthralled with them as I am. It's the best 2 quid I've ever spent!! lol
Edit: If you want to try this, you will need to use 'poor' garden soil in your tubs. They don't like being grown in compost and the results will be disappointing. This tub pictured is full of very heavy clay soil, so much so, that I can't even lift it! But the flowers are thriving! If you have really poor garden soil this is a very rewarding project! :)
Brilliant Katybirder - they look beautiful! We'll be watching out for the butterfly photos next.

Oh they are just beautiful Katy, what stunning flowers and colour and so bird/bee friendly :) Today I bought some more plants from Aldi at £2.49 each; blue Salvias, Coreopsis, Delphiniums and an Agastache so hoping it will help the bees :)

A closed mouth gathers no foot.
Hi Katy,
Lovely flowers so pretty and most important the bees love them, good ideal planting them in a tub like that we had some last year, well worth planting, lovely :)
Thanks Maisie, I didn't imagine they would be so pretty when I planted them for the bees, but I must say I am stunned at their beauty! :)
Thanks Sharon, you're right, they're definitely worth having! :)
Katy, that's so good to see the butterfly on the Coreopsis, can't wait to get it and the other plants in the ground.
Hazy, I can just see you now! camped out 24/7 in the garden with your camera!! LoL
