My drawing of a Snowy Owl
Drawn with the help of a guide (Drawing Birds, by Andrew Forkner)

Benji
For those too young to know about this. But in 1967 and into the early 1970’s a pair of Snowy Owls started nesting/breeding on Fetlar in the Shetland’s and as recorded in the then top quality magazine such as this article from that period of the that one pair of Snowy Owls. Possibly other pairs of Snowy Owls may have started breeding/nesting as well. But no confirmation of that at that period!

As I am drawing relatively often, I thought I would make a thread for my drawings
Today I drew this goldfinch on a Teasel Plant
I drew it with the aid of a guide, as with the snowy owl.
those are really great drawings benji keep it up.

thats a good idea. besides we enjoy seeing your drawings. and as good as you are which is very good the fact is there only going to get even better over time aswell. like i said before those are really great drawings.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Red Legged Partridge - last one in the guide, so from now on they should be my own drawings (and might not be quite as good, at least to start of with)
,
thats a great Drawing of the partridge.
thats ok I cant wait to see your drawings even if they arnt from a guide in fact if anything even more so since they will be your very own after all. everyone has to start somewhere. its not going to happen overnight but it will over time so eventualy you will get there to that point. keep up the good work. we are looking forward to seeing your next drawings.
