What bird should this be?

At the moment it’s hard for me to pinpoint what it should be. At first it started off looking like some waterfowl or a  cross with something  but now Iv done more to it it looks different to before but I need some ideas.  So I need to get some ideas of what it could be. what bird does it look like to you  ?
