Personally, I'm not absolutely positive from the photo, but I do favour it being a Common Frog rather than a Common Toad. I don't think it is any of the other species we get here.

Very unusal position so hard to be sure ... is it near a pond? My frogs are usually always in the pond but do come out when it's raining but not for long!
