A brave move, maybe, but we do listen to feedback and we want to know if you are happy with our current approach or if you think we need to be doing more on the communities. We've learned by now that whatever we do we cannot please everyone but we hope to be helping towards making this a fun and informative place to be.

MrsT,thank you very much,I just think S was very frustrated and let off steam,of course it would have been awful for you to seem to be on receiving end of it but ironically as you obviously know there was truth in it but perhaps expressed too strongly.
