Yesterday walking along the Undercliff we saw this beautiful Black Redstart. I photographed it over about 10 minutes as it moved along from the first location. It ranged up and down the chalk cliff using flint nodules and ledges as suitable perches. Here it is perching on a flint nodule. This part of the cliff is relatively stable - hence the slightly dirty brown chalk.
