Sparrow hawk or buzzard?

I was lucky enough to have this visitor in my garden at dusk last night and it returned today to eat some more of the pigeon it had killed.. (not so lucky for the pigeon!) 

Is it a sparrow hawk or a buzzard? Or something else?

I’m in Sheffield.
