This is the other videos that I do And is called Wild Westcountry. I the lanes and countryside where I live looking for things of interest. It can be birds, flora and fauna, the odd landscape and insects. Basically anything to do woth nature that takes my interest. Here id February`s video.
Hi Catlady, the white flowers are Three Corner Garlic. Don't think it is native and very invasive, the seeds are spread by ants from what I have read. They are pushing out our native bluebell. Nice to see the pigeons doing their thing. Thanks for watching.
Despite the first week of may being rather soggy so losing some days, did make up for it along the way. A woodland bird was collecting food, just managed a few seconds. Some creatures were getting some rays to warm up. All in all, May was a pretty good month.
The first two weeks of June was rather much on the cool side for the time of year. Not weeing many butterflies. Reptiles were pretty much out in force though. A sprinkling of birds and flowers a couple of long eared mammals.

Not sure how I missed this thread, but I've made a quick catchup on most of the vids.
Nice to see the lizards (not seen any lizards in the UK since Aug 2003 while at Bedruthan Steps) getting their bit of the sun.
Bookmarked for future posts.

Thank you Mike, the lizards are not far from where I live, in fact just a few hundred yards. Always great to see them.
Great additions William, thanks for your efforts.

Thank you Hazy. I see this morning that the tree branch the lizards use for basking has been removed by the council.
July has been and gone and it turned out quite well. A close encounter with a large mammal just made my day. And a first in the shape of two baby reptiles. Plenty of butterflies and flowers, with a sprinkle of birds. That was the month of July.
Fabulous video William and plenty of different flora, insects and mammals as well as birds; going back to have another view as there were too many species to take in first time round !!! thanks for your efforts. The young deer made me laugh as it kept approaching. !!
Was hoping against hope I suppose that the deer would come up to the farmers gate, that would have been something. But did come pretty close and made my day. Thank you Hazy for taking the time to look.
