This is the other videos that I do And is called Wild Westcountry. I the lanes and countryside where I live looking for things of interest. It can be birds, flora and fauna, the odd landscape and insects. Basically anything to do woth nature that takes my interest. Here id February`s video.
February was all over the place weather wise. But did get some nice footage. Nice to see the countryside coming alive from its slumber. Can anyone identify the second bird at the beginning, am thinking whitethroat myself or the lesser.
March was a bit up and down weather wise. But did have some nice sunny spells. That brough out my first bee and butterfly sightings of the year. A game bird decided to stroll over and check me out, came within a few feet. So all in all, not a bad month.
Nice to see the season changes William. I haven't yet managed to get a photo of a butterfly this year...
A lovely video William, many different birds, beasties, flowers and fungi. The perfume from the lilly of the valley is gorgeous. Mr. Percy Pheasant really had an interest in you, we have a fellow that comes to feed evenry day, sometimes he brings his 2 x Mrs. Of course I have to pick out the lovely tabby cat, sitting there looking gorgeous in the sunshine, thanks for sharing.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Thank you SnappyMac, got the butterfly right at the end of the month, first i had seen.
Thank you Catlady the cat looked interesting enough for a short video. I liked the pheasant checking me out so decided to go with it. Went there again with some food but was not around, and not seen it since.
Just to say had issues with the video which was probably my doing. The final cut is HD and not 4k.
April was not too bad a month considering not getting out for days on end due to the weather. Managed to get some butterflies and other critters. Had the feeling was being stalked by a four legged fiend.
I like to see the new ferns unfurling. Nice video William.
The colour of the unfolding ferns is stunning. Thank you for taking the time to watch.
Nice to see all the different colours in the flowers. What is the carpet of white flowers in the woodland? They look like lily of the valley, although I know they are not. Lovely tabby cat on the prowl, and the loved up pigeons.
