Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me identify what this sound is? It's a noise we are waking up to almost every night and starts around 3AM. It sometimes goes on for a while and other times only for about 2 minutes. This recording I managed to get is when the noise sounds like it's coming from the nearby forest. Last night however it was so loud! It sounded like it was right next to our house and it's a really distressing noise. I go out most nights to try and find out what the noise is, but by the time I get there it has stopped. I am wondering if this is a noise of some birds? And if they are in distress, is there anything I can do?
