I planted out a clematis "Nelly Moser" a few weeks ago, my hubby said it would not grow, today I have 5 buds 2are out and It made me happy as it came out on my Birthday today.
Feel free to add what you achieved as well.
Evening Jenny and a very happy birthday to you, hope you've had a lovely celebration and well done on the Nelly Moser, they are a lovely Clematis climber and I also have one on my trellis next to a successfully flowering Wisteria this year which is my achievement after waiting 3 years for it to establish itself and finally bloom !!

Thanks Hazy for your kind regards I had a lovely day in Flatford Suffolk. I have some photo's which I will have to upload from my camera . So far it is climbing a stick, but hopefully later it will go to a trellis. Well done on your Wisteria after all that time.

Glad you've had a great day Jenny in a lovely part of the world and hope you had the same lovely sunshine as we had today, makes a change from the recent days of cloud, hail and cold !
Thanks Hazy, yes it was sunny (eventually) this weather is crazy. The roses are coming out now.
I spent a lot of the today in the garden, mowing grass, trimming round the trees and watering the plants .... then back inside the house to catch up with tons of chores as we have Australian visitors arriving who are already en-route as I type this !!
I hope you have a lovely time with your visitors
thanks Jenny, it will be good to see them again (we were neighbours when we lived in Melbourne)
This is the Clematis that came out last week
