Orange underwing moths, spotted about three of them while gardening :)
Your post had passed me by KT ... why do I not find these in my garden? Only have a small amount but am growing more wild flowers & grasses this year as well as cultivated grasses too, also more & more bee/insect friendly ones so there may be hope for some different species! Lovely pics & now I know what to look for!
My garden was growing a bit wild at the time lol
