Blue Tit wants through my window

I've had a bird feeder on my window for the past few months and it's been very popular with the blue tits in the area.

There's one little guy that comes multiple times a day to sit atop the bird feeder. He gently pecks my window and then tries quite a few times to get through the window before giving up and flying off, only to repeat this all an hour or so later.

I've looked it up and have seen suggestions of the bird seeing it's reflection and this being a protective behaviour, but as my room is always dark, there is always a light on which would reduce any reflections, and the way that this little guy flys toward my window is not as aggressive as I would imagine if it was a territory thing? Dont think he's doing himself any harm, he is always flying at my window gently, I just think it's quite a silly little thing to watch and was wondering if anybody knew anything about this?

Does this little guy just wanna be my friend? Does he want more, should I put a box out for him? Any answers would be appreciated!
