Could these be Penduline Tits?

I am new to birdwatching and don’t recognise the little grey birds that have been tapping on my kitchen window glass. White head, black mask, white chin, pale grey/phone breast, light chestnut upper wing with black and white wings and tail. There is a prominent black flash down the the centre of the tail which is not overly long. The nearest in my little bird book is a Penduline tit but I understand these are rare so not likely. Can anyone else identify what they might be? There seems to be a pair of them and they spend much of their time in a small pine tree outside my window pecking out the seeds or buds. I’ve taken some photographs but they are of poor quality because I only had my phone with me.
