Looking for abit of advice, i live in a small town. My house is on a main st. The street has large trees on the main road. The trees are just covered in rooks. The noise is unbearable, the mess they make is horrendous.
How, who is the right people to get incontact with to control this matter, is it a local council job... Is there laws on removing birds in towns? If the trees are cut back would the birds find a new home?
Its getting to the point that are garden space is unusable due to bird mess, cant hand out washing.
We seam to be on the birds flight path from tree to tree.
We spend 90% of net income on conservation, public education and advocacy
