  Sadly, I doubt that matters as it is most unlikely to be reviewed positively - not enough money or influence involved to go against the landowners and shooters and their party donations.

  Yes, Nigel, I fear you are probably right about that. Previous Parliamentary discussions on grouse shooting have been very un-funny jokes, parroting platitudes and resulting in nothing, sadly. Who wants to bite the hand that feeds them (gets them re-elected)?! Not most MPs.
