Great Ormesome Goats

Quite an interesting video shared in that tweet. For those who know Llandudno, it was taken as the persons were leaving the ASDA car park.

As much as it would be interesting to see, I doubt they would have taken the initiative to press the button and wait.

Now I've said that, goats are highly intelligent creatures, as well as  being very mischievous, so there's a good chance, especially as since the first lockdown, they've been very active in the town.

It is very likely that with the first lockdown, the goats, which are Kashmir Goats and one is selected herd for the regimental mascot of the Welsh Guards, whose home is on the Great Orme, would have enjoyed human company, titbits and the opportunity to snatch a sarnie, sweet, cake or two (and very likely a lot more) was removed overnight on the 23/24 March 2020, so they came down into Llandudno and wreaked havoc in the town, and have done ever since.

  • Since they wouldn’t of pressed the button and waited its good they learned how to cross the road by useimg the traffic lights
