  • Haven't seen any comments myself D but have been looking back over recent footage to check who's who ... no firm conclusions but feel that this new female may have been here before the battle the other day!

  • Not Sheffield Peregrines but the ones in a quarry near me, this is the nest that keeps failing due to human interference and a box now waits for them on a nearby Church if they want to move.

  • Egg collectors or teenagers?
  • Egg/Chick collectors Matthew from what I've been told, they have tried putting cameras up but they had them nicked too, I went down this morning because I was told like Sheffield they have had a second female in the quarry and they think the nest might fail this year.

  • Yep I agree, thankfully I managed to get the local birding group to put a box up on the nearby Church, hopefully they will find it.
