Alan, I believe people have asked what is planned via the Wildlife Trust page (maybe also Wendy from this thread, happy to be corrected if I am wrong on that). My recollection is that the Wildlife Trust were seeking the permissions they need to intervene. As far as I know, they haven't provided an update on whether they received permission & what they plan to do.
