Hi Ian the queen of twitter (Wendy) notified me while I was on the train into Sheffield that the Waxwings where at Hagglers Corner on Queens Rd heading up near Bramhall Lane..There were reports of 200+ in the last few days but I only saw 30 Maximum, but as I walked down from the Peregrines there are Rowan trees all over the place so they could turn up anywhere.

Yay!!! and I have to go Doh!! 08:12

Just after this Mr P flew off then returned @ 08.22 with Mrs P who went into box & just had to cut this 'funny-face' pic of her from the vid as he flew off again ...

Mr P, sporting his leg ring, @ 13.36

Why did it take me so long (noticed only a few days ago) to spot his 'bling'? ... quite evident now more nestbox visits I suppose!

Was a great pity that our pair didn't co-ordinate their nestbox visits to the time that D was there!!
