Well worth watching as usual,I was pleased to see that the foxes they showed were what seemed to be country animals rather than the city dwellers they have focused on in the past. The Starling murmuration was good but, without bragging too much, the one we saw locally a few days ago was much greater in size never the less the one on Winter Watch was worth watching. The Waxwings were a sickener as they seem to be bypassing our area.

Birding is for everyone no matter how good or bad we are at it,enjoy it while you can
I was disappointed by Winterwatch as I was with Autumnwatch from Arne as there where no live red button webcams and no Winterwatch and Autumnwatch Unsprung. So I've been very disappointed by that.

Ian.

Afraid I haven't watched any since they used bait for Sparrowhawk pictures.

It was announced at the end of Winterwatch that Springwatch would be in a new and exciting destination. I wonder where it could be.
We remembered to record all the episodes this time and just got round to Tuesdays episode last night. I was a bit unhappy about the way they lured the Montagus Harrier with a dummy Buzzard lets hope the science we get back helps this rare species.
