Had a nice wee jaunt around Shipstal this afternoon with the wife and the dog. Lovely day for it! Didn't see anything spectacular but saw a marsh harrier rousing up the oystercatchers, Canada geese, avocet, redshank, little egret, curlew, shelduck, teal, great crested grebe and GBBG. My wee dog is almost blind now but he still loves the sounds and the smells!
Finished the day off with a pint of tanglefoot beside the river in Wareham! Living the good life!
I'm a wanderer.

(Pardon the Scottish Accent)
As Linda said, sounds a belter of a visit
It was a great day out Linda, we had a frost very early but by noon it was 13°C. Sun was in and out, great for a walk.

Usually very pleasant. We did try the 'riverside walk' a few months ago....but it was the side of the river in some stretches, so had to retrace steps.
