    Thanks, Stuart, lovely additions!  I imagine no one will mind if you add still more photos!  As for Cranes, I hope to see some at Slimbridge in a few weeks.  Not the same Crane species you saw, but any Cranes will be great.

    Amazing report Stuart, for a non-birding holiday you saw some spectacular birds & I love your report. Thanks for spending the time to write it all up. My favourite caught my straight away, the Oriental white-eye (like Yas), what a gem. The extra photos are incredible too, big WOW from me!

    Glad y'all liked the White-eyes. :-) They're a very nostalgic bird for me. When I was young I used to live in Hong Kong and they were always around.
