Great variety ILR, love that Slavonian Grebe... not seen one all plumaged up

(Pardon the Scottish Accent)
Many thanks Snappy I have been making the most of the good days and the photos mount up when your going through them and there is a mixture of a few days which adds to the variety and after going through them you find you have taken lots and lots of photos and to post them all takes a number of days but are worth the effort and enjoyment.
Many thanks PB The grebe is a black necked grebe, we did have a Slavoniangrebe visit a few months ago but have not seen it for a while and it may have moved on.
Hello Linda yes I have been making the most of the none rainy days and enjoying my days out at different reserves and some venues that I have found around and about the area. And it’s been lovely seeing different species from various venues. What you have seen over the last week or two are photos from different days at different venues as you sometimes take a large number of photos one day and only a few at another venue so a mixture of photos are the the result. I see you have been getting out and about a lot of late and your photos have been lovely.
What a terrific selection of species and photos ILR; very special to see the B-n-Grebe; we have breeding ones not to far away from here but on a permit reserve. How proud does that mandarin drake look strutting his stuff LOL. Beautiful captures, thanks for sharing, Well done to the kestrel too for its capture !
