Dragonflys and damselflys 2023

Yes that’s a Common Red darter. Those are Good photos

I havnt seen much Dragonflys and damselflys but yesterday I saw some of them at Barnwood I managed to take pictures of them so I might send them when iv transfered them to my device

That is a common red darter aswell. Theres A lot of red darters going on. Even though it’s not a close one I don’t think pictures have to be close to be good photos. With yours I like the contrast and exsposure and the angle and how it sticks out from the background even though it’s small and the way it’s perched any photo. there are other things I like about it aswell And I think it’s a good photo

Thats ok. Strangely I don’t know why but for me iv noticed I seem to run into small ones more often than big ones so 99 percent of the time if I’m going to run into a dragonfly it’s almost allways going to a small one rather than a big one which means I almost alllways  end up needing to approach it So I tend to get exited if I see a big one cause of that I don’t know what it is with the small ones but I must be a small dragonfly magnet or something 

Its kind of funny if you think about it my small dragonfly magnetism must be weaker than average On the occasion I find the big ones
