when looking for mining bees there usually quiet small so I usually have to zoom in or approach them so when looking for mining bees you shouldn’t look for something big but something small in Dandelions or resting on leafs and pollinating plants and also advised for people not to look for something that looks like a wasp unless your looking for solitary wasps too. The anatomy won’t be that of a fly or a wasp but instead a bee since it is a bee. It wont look like a Bumblebee but some might look like honey bees but If you watch or look closer you will notice that they arnt whereas others might just look like small bees.
