Ans it doesn’t matter what year your photos are from or weather it was yesterday or any other day. I havnt seen a swan thread here before so thought it would be an interesting idea. And if anyone likes the idea like peewit aswell as me I could think about doing a yearly one sometime. It doesn’t have to be mute swans it can be any type of swan in this thread here though that’s why I just put swans and not mute swans just thought I should let you know cause I didn’t say anything about that on the post itself 

Zo, the water in your first photo is particularly stunning. Well done!

Here's a not so stunning photo. Colebrook lake north from viewing screens. What looks like a shoreline is actually ice.

Thanks. That’s still a very good photo it’s very sharp and you can see the reflection of the swan next to the ice aswell
