On my way back to the car I always look into the large Dragline Excavator fence line to see if i can see the little owl that can be seen on occasions. I didn't see the Owl but I did see some rabbits
Below is the Dragline excavator, that is seen as you drive into the carpark
This machine was used when the site was an opencast coal site untill the site got flooded by the adjacent river Aire. Now managed by the RSPB
