Thanks ILR. I like the analogy to the Beetles cover shot :) I didn't see the pheasant at first, it crossed the path very close to me. Caught it out of the corner of my eye as I was photographing the Ponies. It had 6-7 chicks. Hopefully I will see them in the Autumn, when they are bigger they look funny running around before they get the tail feathers.

Two photos stand out for me SM, the first picture of the squirrel and the second photo of the buzzard great photos well done, that’s not taking anything away from the other photos there very good too.

Lovely set SM....the wild pony is beautiful....don't think I have ever seen a Nuthatch on the ground before lol
