It's a displacement activity to stop me fretting about something I can't do anything about! + it's forecast to be too breezy to put my trap out :)

Anyway back to the id's - All your 'Common Blues' are Brown Argus - so blue butterfly hunt is on - don't forget to het under and upper shots :) and your moths are Silver Y, Box Tree, another Silver Y and a Brown Silver-lines

Thanks Germain, I have made the update. Hadn't realised how similar they were. I have been looking for blue colour males today, wondered why I could find any...

Thanks for your help Germain, I realised they had quite a few different types on the reserve and thought I would see how many I could find.

Don't be drawn in by Cin and her demand for underwing shots.... You'll end up crawling round with your bum in the air  (voice of experience )

gives me a project while the birds seem to gone on holiday. Although I did photograph a Whitethroat and Skylark today which I was pleased about.
