Everyday is different, thankfully.

Indeed it is, a lovely selection ILR. The first one looks very light for the Dunnock, quire a spotty marked chest and that light ring around the eye, must be the light? Have never seen the cute Long tailed tits or a red kite and only a couple of times had the Redwings.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Very jealous of your Red Kite shots, a bird I don't see very often around here.

I didn’t, I hope it is a different bird ? It would be nice to have photographed something different. We are fortunate we see Red Kites regular even above our house, The long tailed Tits are lovely to see, it’s a shame you don’t see them. When I photographed the redwings I thought they were starlings as it was late in the day and it was getting dark, it was only when I downloaded them onto my Pc that I found out they were redwings, I was elated as I had not taken a (decent) photo of one before, well they were better than the others, Lol

Hi Alan, yes we are lucky we see them a lot, even above our house, I don’t recall seeing them until we had the lockdown in March this year, maybe they were drawn to the quietness of lockdown ?
