Great selection of photos and species ILR, love the male Stonechat perched on the post who looks like he's having a very bad hair day ! they are one of my favourite birds and always special to see a Great Egret and also G.C.Grebes.

Hi Linda it’s about 20mins in the car away and a lovely place plenty of different walks and a few lakes it’s an RSPB site St Aidan’s. If you ever are around West Yorkshire it’s well worth a visit. Glad you liked the photos.

Thanks Hazel I got there at Dawn and and I stayed until 2pm so had a real good wander. There are loads of stonechats about at the moment and most of them are real posers thankfully, so you usually get a nice photo. There is usually something you haven’t seen before every time you go, well worth a visit.
