Just been for my daily walk and took along my camera - lovely to see our local nuthatches nesting.
Lovely photos Richard, so thanks for sharing. They use dried leaves mainly for their nest and then they will finish off with mud (which sets like concrete) narrowing the main entrance hole. We used to have Nuthatches nesting in our old garden and it was beautiful to watch them and eventually their fledglings.
